Basic Unity Knowledge required

There are blendshapes on the shirt asset meant to be tied to the animations of the ottaroo. I expect you to be able to attach those yourself, along with the armature.

Before importing this to your avatar, please ensure poiyomi 7.3 or newer is installed on the package, lest the material file not work properly.
